In 1973 and later on the sales of music-casettes outnumbered the LP record. Many young people bought a new cassette player, which could be operated with batteries also, which was an advantage, because in those days a great number of people were not connected to 110 or 220 volt power.
The Musica recording company did not make effort to design a record cover for the diminishing number of people who stil preferred records. A cassette cover was glued on the record and that was it.
Nice powerful songs in a modernized version of the Melayu genre.
The songs 1 to 5 I like the most and also "Penyesalan".
Strangely enough Musica went on producing records until 1984, mostly for for DJ's on radio stations all over the country.

There is no photo on the cover, because its side 2 of a cassette with Tetty Kadi, the latter honoured with side 1, including a photo, as in service since 1966, whilst Hetty Koes Endang began her career in 1973.
The early songs are often in Melayu style, later she switched to kroncong and other genres.

The cassette is from: approx 1974.

They are posing like a well established couple, but in fact
they were not even married yet. This record is full with honey-sweet songs, maybe there is too much suger and too little spice, except for a few songs. Among them two nice compositios by Is Haryanto.
Burung Murai = Originally "I Love You More Than I Can Say" by Bobby Vee.

Anna Mathovani, here name somtimes spelled as Manthovani, like on this cassette, I think from 1973 or 1974.
Al songs are done in the Sundanese way, "Warong Pojok" is a nice one, who will even attract people who are not accustomed to this kind of music.

A strange fact is in the beginning of her career she had a rather low crooner voice, which sounded funny with a girl of young age, and she ended up with a higher voice, like on this recording, dating from approx. 1973. Its the last Ernie Djohan album released by Remaco.
All songs are composed by members of the Koes Plus group. Not their best work, but the song "Bukan Salah Ku" ( Not My Fault ) is rather o.k., strangely enough on side 2.
"Ya Mustafa" and "Dari Kisah Buku" are also bearable. Most other songs ate a little below standard, compared with other albums
