"Indah" records were made for them by the REMACO moulding company.
Maybe this became too expensive, because in the first years of the seventies many customers of Remaco stopped ordering records and switched to cassette tapes, while others went bankrupt. When Mazef came to Indonesia in december 1974 he only saw heaps of cassettes, for sale every market, so he thought the reign of the records was over, only in Pasar Baru in the old established shops one could find new LP records.
Long time I assumed the record-production stopped around 1975, but recently I discovered some companies went on well in the 80's maybe till approx. 1986 ( for instance Musica records en Purnama records, plus some obscure labels )
On this cassette to be heard mostly well known kroncong tunes, don't know which band is playing the, some are played like "The Steps" , also to be heard funny additions made by a some voices
Songs mentioned on the cover, but not on the tape itself: "Rayuan Pulau Kelapa" "Walang Kekek" . " Rangkaian Melati" and "Nonton Bioskop"
Not all songs are kroncong by origin, but are transformed into kroncong style.
"Es Lilin" is a Sundanese classic. "Jangan Tingglkan Daku" and "Sungai Mengalir" has roots in China or is from the Chinese areas in south east Asia. "Kembang Jatoh" has a specific Jakarta-sound.
"Impian Semalam" is a nice one: all musical gimmicks and cliches are re-cycled in a funny way
